Recht 24-7 respects your privacy. Our company collects, stores and uses personal data only in accordance with the law, in particular the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).

We use your information only with your consent to process your case. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share personal information with third parties in accordance with the law.

You can contact Recht 24-7 at any time if you have questions or suggestions about our privacy policy. Likewise, you can ask Recht 24-7 at any time what personal information Recht 24-7 has stored about you and have it corrected or deleted accordingly. Our goal is to ensure the highest level of security.

Data protection systems

Access to web pages and files on our website.

Each time a user accesses a page from our Internet offering and each time a file is retrieved, our web server automatically stores and processes data about this process in a log file. In detail, the following data is stored for each access or retrieval:

  • IP address of the requesting computer
  • date and time of the request
  • accessed page/name of the accessed file
  • amount of data transferred
  • message whether the access/retrieval was successful
  • Internet address from which the page or file was accessed or the requested function was initiated
  • Web browser used

The aforementioned data, including the IP address, are stored for the duration of the communication process in order to enable the use of our Internet service. In addition, the IP address is stored for a short period of time to ensure IT security, in particular to protect our IT systems from misuse and to defend against attacks.

We reserve the right to evaluate the data in anonymized form for statistical purposes and to improve our Internet offering.

Cookies

We use so-called cookies in our Internet offer. A cookie is a small file with numbers and letters that is transferred from our web server to your computer’s hard drive and stored there in the folder designated for cookies.

We use temporary cookies to make it easier for you to navigate our website (session cookies); these cookies expire at the end of the session; they are deleted at the latest when you close your web browser.

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site.  The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Registration for our newsletter

If you register for a newsletter offered by us, we collect and store your e-mail address. We use the e-mail address you provided for registration, as far as this is necessary for sending the newsletter and for the cancellation of the registration. After cancellation of the registration, we delete the stored e-mail address. We do not pass this on to third parties unless we are obliged to do so by law. Insofar as we offer the possibility of providing further data during registration, this information is provided voluntarily.

Contact forms and e-mails

When you use our contact form and send e-mails to us, we store your information, including your e-mail address, to the extent that we need this data to respond to your message. If you send us a message via the contact form or by e-mail without encryption, the message is not protected against unauthorized access or even modification by third parties during transmission.
